So far so good a good $50 spent
Update : 8/18/2022 it was a good hair straightener it did die tho about 1 year after i bought it my last hair straightener lasted 4 years . So you get what you pay for far so good this review was after my first use of this product.For comparison my last hair straightener was about $150 it was a Paul Mitchell professional grade.Hair type very thick coarse wavy frizzyCons: this hair straightener gets extremely hot It is difficult to put it down if you don’t want it laying flat on its heated plates on your counter My hair almost feels a little bit oily after usingPros: I am very happily surprised that this $50 hair straightener straightens as well as my $150 hair straightenerI also found that it didn’t make my hair as hot as my other hair straighteners have the hair straightener itself heats up and gets very hot but I don’t see a lot of steam with my hair and it doesn’t feel extremely hot when it touches my skinIt took me about the same amount of time to use this hair straightener to get my hair the way I like it as my old hair straightener.I have only used it once I will update after a few months to see how it holds up my last hair straightener lasted almost 4 years it was a Paul Mitchell bought from my hair salonUpdate 3 weeks still doing great and makes curls easy you definitely want to use a heat iron protecting spray and maybe a leave in conditioner with heat protection as well no I don’t find it makes my hair is hot some other straighteners I do find it dries my hair out especially when attempting to put curls in

Worth it!
I just want to start off by saying that the first time I bought this straightener was in 2019 & I love it! It has been my ride or die since then. I have tried other brands & I always come back to this one. The only reason that I bought a second one was because my dog chewed up the cable & it stopped working but other than that, it’s perfect. It doesn’t pull hair at all and its perfect at doing it’s job! I decided to try a new color this time- as you can see in the pictures, I showed my old and new! I’m so excited. I seriously recommend it.

Having thin, frizzy hair; I’m always concerned about damaging my hair with heat products. This straightener is not only gently but also makes my hair looking more healthy and silkier. Also, hats off to their customer service team who honored the 3-yr warranty when my straightener stopped working after using it for 1.5 yrs. Not only they quickly responded with a replacement but also sent a complementary hair dryer for my troubles. They just won my lifetime loyalty for their hair products, and they are a hallmark of how a good business with a great customer service team should operate.

Liked it at first..
I purchased this iron 10/23. i thought it was great at first but then it seems like the plates are not aligning anymore and are loose and the temperature when I am curling because it is right where my hand is to curl, moves so i have to reset it. it is a pain now to want 375 and somehow it slides down to 340. not sure if this can be fixed, but it is just annoying as all get out…

Best Customer Service!
I bought this about a year and a half ago, after losing a salon quality straightener I’d been using for about 16 years (it was a $300+ straightener that finally kicked the bucket). After reading the reviews, this one caught my eye and I took a chance on it. Immediately loved it, and have been super happy with it, until within the last month or so the locking mechanism failed and the straightener became unuseable. I reached out to their customer service via email and since it was still under warranty they immediately replaced it and I had a new one at my door within days. Their customer service rep, Rain, was incredible and was so understanding. I have to say, I didn’t know what to expect when I initially reached out but Rain got back to me right away and was great about communication. So impressed!So going from using the same expensive, salon-quality straightener for over 15 years, I was skeptical to try this one… But this straightener has been so awesome, easy to use, comes with some pleasant accessories, has variable heat settings, and is backed by some really great customer service and a killer warranty.10 out of 10, will buy from them again, and will recommend to my friends that are looking for an affordable straightener!

For someone with short hair, there’s always a place that needs to be fixed. This hair straightener is great! It gets soooo hot, but it’s great that you can adjust it to how hot you want it! Super easy to travel with, and very durable!

Performance not what I thought it would be
I was excited and hoping for a positive experience, but was left highly disappointed. The main issues: lock mechanism does not work; heat settings are hard to adjust to temperature I want; my hair is not getting straight as I want at 375° and when I try to adjust, it goes to 410°. Had the product for a few weeks before using it.. Went to St. Lucia, used it for the 1st time and huge disappointment.UPDATE: I was contacted by the company and offered to a new flat iron. I will update my review once I receive the replacement and try it out. Thank you for standing behind your product.

Hot Product and Amazing Customer Support
First of all, I love this flat iron. The length of the heated plate is long, it heats up very quickly and it makes my hair very shiny! It’s easy to use and allows me the flexibility of having straight hair or applying curls where I want them. And the icing on the cake is the quality accessories you get with the iron.I had an issue with the locking mechanism recently and their quick response was impressive. It felt like the “old” days when customer service provided a real person to sort out your problem. They offered to replace my iron without me even asking. It made me a loyal customer for life. Don’t forget to register for the extended warranty. Should you have any issues down the road, you’ll be glad you did.

Stop searching, this is it – this is the flat iron you want. If you’re like me, you search for hours through every flat iron you can find, sifting through reviews while weighing pros and cons. I’ve already done this for you.After using this flat iron for over a year, I can confidently say it is very good, and will likely check all the boxes you may be looking for. Before buying, I was a little concerned based on the product images; to me it looked a little tacky / or that it might lack build quality – but I was wrong. When finally holding and using it in person, it definitely looks and feels like a well-made, high quality flat iron. It performs great, and is the proper thickness. ( I wanted a relatively thin flat iron)While searching for a flat iron, I was VERY specific with what I wanted; this flat iron checked all those boxes:Pros:- Build quality- Size; not too big, as thin as I was looking for- Materials (I was looking for tourmaline, oil infused, etc…)- Floating plates- Doesn’t snag hair- Temperature control- Heat-up time (fast)- Price $ (great price)Cons:- The little hang-loop on the bottom broke after a while(Likely due to user error; I didn’t see it happen, and may have been someone else)

Warms quickly and evenly distributed heat, feels like an extension of your hand. CS is excellent
I am very happy with this straightener. It feels like an extension of my hand, is light and smooth, plates warm quickly and holds temperature during the entire styling process. The plates glide smoothly, are longer and press evenly along the each hair section. I can easily straighten or curl my medium length hair and when I’m done just lock the plates and securely store it on the pouch.I received this product as a Xmas present and was my go-to styler since then, but on Feb 5 the clamp stopped working and plates were unable to hold a steady temperature. I was able to style my hair straight, no curls. I reached out to Nition CS and after a few hours of starting electronic communications, Rain the very attentive and knowledgeable CSR send me a return label for the styler and started the process to send me a new replacement which arrived at my doorsteps by Feb 11. During the days in between I was kept informed about status of the package and reassured that my straightener will continue to be under warranty. I was impressed with the product itself but now I’m more impressed of the company that did all that was in their power to make right something that was out of my control. It was a pleasure communicating with a CSR that understood the client’s problem and took a very proactive approach towards solving it. Rain is very professional, and IMO a great asset for your company. Currently, I’m back to enjoying doing my hair, having shinny, professional looking results in less time than ever. Five stars all around.

Great…but didn’t last….
I really liked this flat iron at first. It heats quickly, had a locking feature, and smoothed my hair with minimal damage. However, after only a few months, the locking mechanism would no longer work. This was inconvienent but still workable. But soon after, the plates on either side will now click out of place and apart so that the gap between them does not allow you to clamp onto the hair. It is virtually useless now. I normally would not pay this much for a flat iron but took a chance on this one – a decision I regret.UPDATE: Although I first rated this item 2 stars for the reasons given above, I came back to update and raise to 4 star due to their outstanding customer service. The company, upon learning I was displeased with the purchase, immediately contacted me and offered me a replacement. It was sent out promptly and arrived in just a couple days. This straight iron really does work very well – smooth gliding and one-pass straightening. My only issue with it was the lock mechanism that caused the plates to gap apart and Nition made it right!

Best flat iron/purchase ever.
This could be the best flat iron I have ever purchased. I have had nearly every popular flat iron brand over the last 25+ yrs. I have had CHI, FHI, Sedu, Babyliss, Rusk, HSI, and a lot of lesser known brands in between.The main thing I have noticed is that my hair responds best to tourmaline irons, which have been using over the past decade, but they have become increasingly harder to find and more EXPENSIVE. Enter Nition. The last good flat iron I had was a Sedu tourmaline and prior to that Babyliss tourmaline. The Sedu I purchased was used after I tried some generic flat irons which burned and fried my hair. I was struggling to find an iron that my hair would respond to. After some time, the Sedu stopped working and I was back on the hunt.I purchased two other brands from Amazon that were just awful for my hair. I took a stab at purchasing the Nition after reading a number of positive reviews. Admittedly, I didn’t have very high hopes because the price was so affordable (sad, I know). Upon its arrival I was pleasantly surprised. I don’t really get excited about packaging, but wow was I blown away by the presentation. The storage/cooling case and the glove was such a nice touch. It honestly is something that I would expect from a more high-end product. The iron itself is sleek and lightweight with a pretty LED digital temperature control dial at the base. But most of all. The performance is phenomenal. I have fine AA hair that normally does not curl tightly. I can generally get a “bend”, but a full curl is nearly impossible for me. This iron also heats up very fas, so very little wait time. The other thing is my hair is generally pretty shiny on its own, but I have had some irons that have made my hair look dull. This one not only adds shine, but it keeps the frizz away also. Finally, my hair doesn’t feel dried out farted days of daily usage. I honestly love this iron. I look forward to how quickly I can curl my short pixie. It just works so well.I only had one con with my purchase and that was the the temperature control skipped several increments. I could manage to make it work for me, and initially I thought it was a feature, but I read that it might be a design flaw. After three months, I decided I would reach out to customer service about the matter. To be honest, I didn’t really expect to get a response. And since it wasn’t “broken” and I like it so well, I probably would not have been very upset if I did not get a response-but wow. Last Wednesday I emailed customer service about my issue. Within two hours, I got a response back from the after sales rep, Rain. She was so kind and accommodating in her email. She didn’t hesitate to to start working on my replacement immediately, since it was still under warranty. She asked me for some information that I provided quickly and she immediately processed my replacement. I couldn’t believe that Saturday, before 12:00 pm, I had received my replacement. It’s working perfectly. I must say this has to be the best purchasing experience I have ever had. This is the longest review I have ever written, which says a lot because I am usually kinda lazy about reviewing products. I just want everyone to buy this product so that it will always be around! The product is wonderful, but the level of customer service that I received was phenomenal.Well, thanks for coming to my Ted Talk. I hope this review helps someone who may be on the fence about purchasing.

Customer service is on point, best straightener I’ve ever had
I bought this straightener back in 2022 because my friend had it and i absolutely loved it. Mine unfortunately broke after a year and a half (the lock mechanism stopped working and it got stuck in the open position unable to shut) well i reached out to costumer service and all purchases have a 3 year warranty. They sent me a brand new one free of charge within 4 days of me sending the email! Definitely worth the price. Also works great for curling hair if you know how to do that!! Would 100% purchase again

Fantastic straightener
I have used so many hair straighteners and paid a lot of money in the past for them. This works better than ALL of them combined. The shape of the straightener is a little bit curved so I can easily add curls and waves in literally ONE attempt. My other straighteners are flat on the plastic part so it takes a lot more effort to make a curl. This has a curved outside so it makes beautiful curls. I always put loose waves in my hair with my straightener and I’m so pleased that it left my hair soft and shiny. It heats up so fast I didn’t even realize it was ready to go in 10 sec! I love the carrying and organizer pouch.I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and was very concerned this would be a bad flat iron, but I can confirm the reviews! This is a great buy! I know my three sisters are going to go nuts over it once they see how amazing my hair looks!!! hahaha!In comparison to other irons, this also has a higher temperature range so it gets hot enough temperature for coarse/thick hair like mine. I tried it at 410 and it worked perfectly, and it didn’t feel like it was burning my hair at all. My hair was also cool to the touch which is unusual for a flat iron. This was worth the investment and I’m so excited to get my hair looking great every day now. I bought this because my last flat iron that I paid $100 bit the dust when I dropped it by accident. It didn’t work that great anyway honestly and I really had to work at it… I’m very happy to have paid less for an even better, safer and more efficient product. This one glides so easily through my hair without snagging at all.I didn’t realize there was a gold color and got the champagne gold. But I like the champagne too. The locking feature is nice for when it’s cooling down and I put it right back in the case for storage. 🙂

After service was amazing
The product I purchased from Amazon needed after service (still under 24 month warranty). I contacted customer service via email. The response time is almost within hours, and the customer service contact asked to send a short video to troubleshoot. Within hours, the replacement was sent via priority tracking, and I’m back at using the product again within a day from shipping. The customer service representative made the warranty experience very easy and all handling was nothing but professional with courtesy. My family would purchase any other NITION product again knowing that the company has the professional people working there including the engineers taking care of your needs. Excellent Product & Extraordinary Customer Service
I rarely leave reviews, but I have to make an exception on this one. First of all the Nition flat iron is awesome. I recently had an issue where the locking mechanism broke. I reached out to Nition’s customer service as it was still under warranty. I immediately received an email asking me to provide details and pictures of the issue. Upon reviewing, they contacted me again to advise they would send me a replacement and also includes a 30 month guarantee. Nition even followed up after receiving the replacement to see if I was completely satisfied. By the way in the new version, the locking switch has been replaced with a silicon rubber sleeve. Overall the service was extraordinary and I would not hesitate to purchase from Nition once again.

Good value for money
This works very well at the highest heat for my thin, wavy hair. My sister used it, who has slightly thicker hair and she said she wished it got hotter so that it worked quicker. Overall this works well to straighten hair and also make waves! I do wish it got slightly hotter (to work quicker) but at least it doesn’t feel like I’m burning my hair while using it.

The BEST Flat Iron
My hair is usually curly but wanted it straight and read such good reviews so I tried it myself. The iron has a nice digital display that goes upto 450 degrees the plates are a smooth and make it simple to only make one or two passes and I got my results I was looking for. It comes in a nice cloth case with a comb, hot glove and 2 hair clips. And you can lock it together once it’s cooled for easy storage.I recommend this to all my friends and anyone who wants a straight hair style no matter what texture hair.

Great product and customer service
I love this straightener! It’s sleek looking and I love the spinning temp control and lock feature! The lock did ‘break’ after 8 months but the warranty is so good (2 or 3 years). This was the best customer service situation that I’ve experienced to date. I reached out with the issue and got a response right away stating that they would be happy to replace the item since it was under warranty. I had to send a quick video of what was wrong with the product. I not only received my replacement super fast, but they also sent a “Xmas gift”!Rain was my customer service rep and she was awesome all the way through! Great communication and fast shipping! I will continue to use Nition products in the future!

Broke in less than 2 months!
After two months and without dropping it or damaging it even once, this hair straightener stopped turning on when I turned the knob on the back and I would have to turn it to the highest setting and leave it for 5 minutes and then it would turn on. It is now three months since my purchase and it has now officially broke and will now not turn on. Of course, just out of my ability to return the item. Awesome waste of money.I loved the hair straightener until it stopped working. :/UPDATE:After leaving my review, within a week I was contacted by Nition’s Customer Service and they were extremely kind in helping me resolve the issues I was having with the first straightener I received. They gave me the option to return the product or have another sent in replacement under their warranty. I decided to give it another shot and it has been about two months since I have received my replacement and the replacement has been working beautifully and I have been loving it and so far, no issues! I love the way it straightens smoothly without tugging my hair and it seems to leave my hair less damaged than with other straighteners.I hope for no more issues with the straightener but so far, I love it and would recommend it!

Upset with Used Straightener.. But Customer Service was Amazing!
***6/1 UPDATE ***After my 1-star review was published on Amazon it was almost instantly that Rain from Nition contacted me, apologized profusely and made sure a brand new straightener made it to my door. When I got it, I could tell right away it was indeed new so that was a great start already. But this straightener exceeded my original expectations of what I came to know and love about my original one that broke. It heats up so fast, doesn’t pull my hair and makes it feel sooo soft and smooth after. I’m in love and so grateful that Nition recognized my frustrations and tried to rectify it. I’m updating this to a 5-star review and leaving the original review and some original pictures. I am posting new pictures now too. But I can say, if you’re looking for a new straightener this is the best one I’ve used. It even made me put my Chi away in my closet!Thank you Rain and Nition for everything you’ve done! I’m so happy with this product!I have had this brand of straightener that I use every day finally crapped out on me so I had to purchase a new one. I was really excited to get a new one with the titanium color and happy that I wouldn’t have to search for another straightener I love. It arrived to my door in no additional packaging just the box that contained the item. The seal on both sides had clearly been broken and the tape was only on one side to keep it shot. And the item it’s self was used, it was clear no one put any effort into caring for the product or what the customer would receive. It was just thrown in the box and rolled up and was visibly used. $60 is more than I wanted to spend on a straightener, but I thought I knew what I was getting. I will absolutely be returning this because I’m not paying that kind of money for a used product. Such a disappointment since the original one I received was my favorite straightener.. even better than the $100 Chi I purchased.

Will damage your hair
I bought this as an upgrade from an inexpensive straightner and biggest regret. My hair hardly ever get split ends or frizzy. After about 2 months of using this straighter I started to notice the my ends very burnt and lots of split ends. It’s a bummer that I can’t return it anymore. I ended up ordering my old one again for less than half the price!Supposedly the combination of titanium with porcelain would protect your hair from getting damaged but it didn’t work on my end.

Sent a replacement!!UPDATE April 2022 – iron won’t close anymore and is now useless :-(UPDATE January 2022: the mechanism that holds it closed for travel has broken, and sometimes makes the iron get stuck open, making it cumbersome to use. I may need to get a different iron. Is 2+ years a good lifecycle?UPDATE May 2021: I’m still loving my flat iron! It gets frequent use, both for flattening and curling. It works exactly as it did the first day, and I’m very satisfied with the quality. I’ve also gotten better at handling it so I don’t have to use the glove (I usually use 375 setting). If you like that beach curl/wave look (as opposed to perfect cylindrical curls), this is a great tool for that look.Plusses:-makes easy great curls, in addition to smoothing/flattening-heats up quickly-the slider button that locks the iron “closed”is great for travel-swivel cord works great-nice smooth platesA couple of minuses:-this iron is hotter to handle than the previous irons I’ve owned. The glove is a must to use, as the heat transfer around the tip makes it too easy to burn yourself! (She says from experience!)-I can’t get the temperature to 355. The dial will stop at 340, and 375. 355 will flash between 355 and 340 but won’t hold 355 at all.All in all this iron performs well and gives great results. Just be sure to use the glove!

I love having a straightener and a curler in one!
Love the temp control option. I have not tried the heat resistance glove yet. The only downside was the lock feature was a little hard to lock. You had to hold the irons together and slide the lock button, it always took a few tries….and then it just stopped working after a week of having it. So it stays open…which is like every other straightener so it’s not quite the end of the world. Still a great product. I love that it comes with a carrying case for storage on the go too!

I have long, thick frizzy hair, tons of it… my hairdresser kept increasing her blowout price & complained that I had too much hair…I read reviews for this amazing flat iron and thought hmm I have nothing to lose. I placed order and received same day within hours!!!I was so excited to try it. It worked miracles. I curled my long hair at 410 temperature in about 30 minutes. I’ve had multiple flat irons, Chi & other expensive brands and my hair gets fried and frizzy. Not this one! It made my hair smooth and shiny with beautiful bouncy soft curls. Thanks for all those wonderful reviews that inspired me to buy it.Caution, be sure to remove clear plastic on the inside plates of flat iron. I was so eager to try it turned it on without removing or reading instructions…it heat up within seconds. Luckily, I didn’t ruin it. Again, I’m 50 years old and this is the first time I was successful in curling my own hair. Love it!🥰

Straightener was great before locking mechanism broke
I really liked using this straightener, however the locking mechanism stopped working 4 months after I ordered it and now it’s difficult to clamp down on hair and is not effective at straightening.**Update, after this review the company reached out and sent a replacement** much appreciated!

I bought this in April 2023 and take very good care of it. I work from home so I don’t straighten my hair a lot. I usually have it in a bun. Anyway, this flat iron has been great and would smooth out my hair. I world brag about how much I love this straightener but it now just quit working after 6 months. 😩

Great quality
I’ve had this straightener for quite awhile and use it multiple times every week. Still seems like new. Based on condition I would expect it to last several years. I’ve owned several straighteners and this is by far my favorite Makes my hair really smooth. Well worth the money

Great Product! Loving it so far!!
This was the first flat iron I had ever purchased and used. I had a lot of problems learning how to use it and got very frustrated with it so I returned it. Rain, the after-sales customer service representative, contacted me immediately and helped me to figure out what I was doing wrong. Rain was fantastic to work with and was very patient and understanding. When I received my new flat iron I started practicing what Rain had told me and I am starting to get more comfortable with it. The flat iron is really nice and heats up really quickly. The accessories that come with it are great to have when fixing your hair. I am hoping with a lot more practice, I will start to be able to do what I want with it. Thank you Rain for all your help and for checking up on me. It’s great to know their company takes care of their customers.Update: My lock/unlock broke on my flat iron. I contacted Nition, by email, to see if my warranty was still in effect. Rain got back to me immediately, letting me know that it was. Rain requested a video of what was going on. After I sent her the video, she immediately sent me a new one. I love Nition’s customer service, and especially Rain, who I have always dealt with when I have any questions about the product. This was my first flat iron and I still love how it curls my hair.

Very impressive – delivers great straight hair
I’m very impressed with this flat iron that’s packaged like a super high end product. Plus, it works as advertised. It’s easy to operate, no issues, I haven’t tried setting it at different temperatures since my hair requires the highest setting. It doesn’t burn hands (though a glove is provided) and it sweeps through hair easily with one pass. I bought this because my Babyliss straightener is on the blink. Fast shipping, outstanding price, great quality and my hair looks great and doesn’t feel burned or fried. I’m not sure how the oil infusion works though I will say my hair does feel conditioned and soft after straightening which doesn’t happen with other irons. I’m highly recommending this one thanks to all the positive reviews here – they’re right, it’s a fantastic product.

Beats any high dollar one I have used. By FAR but am having issues after only 9 months.
Edit: Will seller please contact me. I ordered this along with the Notion blow dryer and have absolutely LOVED them both, HOWEVER… it’s not even been 9 months yet and my straightening iron is messing up. It’s like it is getting TOO hot, like even hotter than 450 degrees I think even when I have it set much lower to 300-350. It is burning my hair REALLY REALLY bad. My bangs are so singed that I had to cut them off days before my wedding! 😭 I am sure it is some sort of defect/malfunction and I understand these things DO happen I am just hoping that the seller makes this right because it really has been a VERY good straightener up until now. I just expect something like this to last at LEAST a year or two. Thanks.So I don’t write many reviews but I depend on them especially when making online purchases and I’m so impressed with this iron that I have to write one. I have had many high dollar irons. Always thought the more expensive the better right? WRONG! I can not say enough good things about this iron. It heats up from 0 to 450 in literally less than 10 seconds which is great but what really counts is how well it works! One pass! ONE pass and my hair is like silk! I have very coarse and dry hair naturally. Add to that the fact that it is damaged from years of bleaching. It’s a mess. Coarse and frizzy like cotton! My last iron was more than $200 and it didn’t leave my hair NEARLY this smooth and silky! My hair even feels like it’s getting healthier since using this iron the past week. I’ve been telling ALL my friends and family about it! I’m posting a picture of how my hair looks before straightening, then after straightening just one small section with ONLY on pass with the iron and then what my hair looks like completely straightened. Mind you I didn’t even take my time. I did it very quickly. Buy this straightener! I can assure you that you will be impressed with it. I can’t wait to give my daughter one for her bday!!!

Amazing Iron for a portion of the price
I’ll star rate things I purchase but rarely write a review. This Iron deserves all of the praise it gets!I just purchased the Dyson blow dryer & was looking to purchase the flat iron also. I started searching for an equivalent with floating plates that was a bit more $$ friendly. I found this after learning about the different types of plate coverage, types of hair that work best & degree settings. This ckd all of the boxes for me.I’m in my 50s, thick, wavy hair, cut short & with thinning sides. I lighten my hair so temp control is a must.This heats up within seconds. Easy heat control, not hot on the outside & very lightweight. There’s no pulling with use.I’m glad I did my research & found this iron that I consider a STEAL compared to other more pricey ones.Hope this helps or at least helps you find an iron that fits your hair type without the staggering price!PS It will curl also with the rounded barrel

Great flat iron
I recently purchased this flat iron based on what I was looking for in a flat iron and the reviews. I must say so far so good. I can pass my hair through the iron just once to get my hair straightened. I usually use the iron on 375 degrees which is a lower temperature than my previous flat iron. I have thick hair that requires more pressure than heat to get it straight. The hair passes through with ease. My only con with this iron is the temperature control. The temperature increments are too far apart. The iron goes from 375 to 410, which is too hot at times. I tend to use a little more heat when I first wash and style my hair than when I touch up a style or even change the style in between washes. I would like more control over the temperature, otherwise I think I found my next best flat iron.

Great product, and great customer service!
This is by far the best hair straightener I have ever used. I have fairly thick wavy hair and this product quickly straightens my hair leaving it smooth, shiny, and healthy. Unfortunately, after nearly 2 years it has stopped working and will no longer turn on. I know nothing lasts forever, but for the price I was hoping this would last longer than it has.There are several other reviews about this product not working after various amounts of time and the customer service being great and replacing the product. I can definitely attest to this. I contacted customer service and a rep named Rain was incredibly helpful, very quick to respond, and sent me a replacement promptly. This is the best customer service I have received in a very long time!

Overall a good iron
First of all Rain, their customer service contact is fantastic! It’s a nice flat iron and I’m happy with it. It comes with a comb, two clips to hold your hair in pieces, a glove and a carrying case. The lock feature immediately didn’t work, so they promptly sent me a replacement iron. Unfortunately, that one did the same exact thing immediately. It’s not a huge deal, as none of my other flat irons lock either, but whatever components they are using just don’t work. If lock feature is important to you to keep it closed, I don’t recommend, other than that I’m happy with the purchase.

Great for curls and straightening
This is my second time buying this product, the first o e the locking mechanism broke and wouldn’t lock my straightener. The bag it comes with lasts forever, the clips are awesome and useful for long medium and short hair. The glove is great for when you’re doing heavier maintenance on your hair. The color is pretty it looks almost expensive. The digital commands are easy to edit. It’s great!The only reason I bought a second one is I left it behind on a trip. I will continue to use this brand for all future heat appliances for my hair.

holds curls!
i have a lot of hair and thick hair. this took me 6-7 times using before i really got the hang of it, so don’t give up! i have to use smaller chunks of hair per curl to get the best results. curl is still in my hair 3-4 days later (i wash my hair1-2x per week so i can get away with this! i have dry, non-oily hair, too).
