Could be better with tourmaline plates
~~~ Great ~~~The controls are excellent.The 1.75″ width is great.The long heavy duty A/C wire is excellent.The ergonomics of this iron is superb.The heat is quick and good.~~~~~~ So so ~~~The resulting straightness and shine on the hair are not bad.~~~~~~ Room for improvement ~~~The swivelling A/C wire coupling could be sturdier. I previously had an iron with the same swivelling design which failed in due time. This one doesn’t seem improved. The designer should review this joint to enhance its sturdiness.The titanium plates are grippy on hair in comparison to a tourmaline plated iron. Why not use tourmaline plates? It is true to my experience that tourmaline plates produces a much higher shine on the hair.Hope to see these improvements implemented.~~~

Fonctionne très bien
J’aime bien la poignée du fer plat, il tient très bien dans la main pas trop lourd et efficace la température monte rapidement a 450f. Il fonctionne très bien je verrai plus tard car j’ai que quelques utilisations à date, je viens de le recevoir. Je recommande

REGARDING THE CORD:
This comes with an attachment for an outlet type C, HOWEVER the attachment comes off to show a type A (fits Canada/USA outlet)! Wish I knew this before I purchased an adaptor but I was able to return it. Thrilled with this product, it works great!

Looking to protect your hair? Look no further.
I will write this review for my hair type, which is wavy, medium thick hair. So if you have this type of hair, then keep on reading:The flat iron I used before was a ceramic coated one. I’ve had it for 4 years. I noticed recently it’s been snagging my hair when I was trying straighten it and also, the plates were getting kind of scratched somehow, and it was rough on my hair and it took longer for me to straighten hair because of it. I had to use a longer time straightening my hair, Making it dry with a lot of split ends. This flat iron was a LIFE SAVER. It not only is professional it feels professional, the black coating on the whole iron itself is soft, like a velvet feel, and the plates are titanium which make straightening your hair a breeze. Now when I use this one, it takes so much shorter time to straighten the hair, therefore giving me healthier hair, and making it silly soft. I’ve never seen my hair this shiny before, soft and healthy. The whole point of titanium IS the high heat, smooth plates, because it’s made to straighten your hair QUICKER, therefore resulting in MUCH LESS damage to your hair. I put my heat protector in, put it on, it heats up I’m 15 seconds on the dot. And it is super hot. Then, I brush my hair out with my Tek wooden hairbrush, which is the best hairbrush ever because its made of hornbeam wood and the wooden bristles barely pull on my scalp at all. Then i begin straightening, and I barely use only around 7 or so swipes, followed by my hairbrush through and my hair is pin straight, like beautiful Asian style STRAIGHT hair lol. I’ve been using it for a month now, and I have to say, this is one of my best purchases on Amazon ever. Don’t go crazy looking for all those expensive hair tools, the products from Italy are genuine and beyond professional. In fact my hair is so straight from day 1 of straightening that I don’t need to do it again in a couple days, resulting in less and less damage to your hair! Just dry shampoo brush and go! Seriously, if you have hair like mine and you are aiming for that quick, less damage and healthy options (who wouldn’t lol) buy this straightener. My hair has never been so healthy.

The best I’ve ever had!!
I bought 2 other straightners and this one was the best. Very easy to use and very good results. I used it on my granddaughters very curly and coarse hair and we did it in less than 30 minutes and the results were amazing.

Great product
I was in need of a new straightener, and my sister let me use her new Ritter. Instantly I liked how it worked. It’s straightened my hair faster, and it felt so much softer and looked much healthier. It’s very easy to use, and I like that it has a long cord that doesn’t appear to get tangled up. I would recommend this product.

Oh wow the best flatiron by far
Omg❤❤ the best flatiron I’ve ever owned. Perfect temperature and straightens hair in one pass. It literally heats up in 10 to 15 seconds. It has a wider plate than most flatirons so you can put more hair in it which saves time. It is very affordable and durable. For all the women & men that wear wigs I highly recommend this flatiron, it’s amazing on natural hair too.

the flat iron looks ok. kinda scared to plug it in. the description on the page says it’s dual voltage, but it’s only 220-240v that’s printed on the flat iron. pls someone let me know if it’s actually dual voltageeditthe seller contacted me and stated it was a misprint on the flat iron. Used it, and it works just fine.

Keeps shutting off
I just got this for my wife first Christmas. And already it keep shutting off, not because she’s hitting a button. There is a short where the cord goes in. This is crazy, her other one from Revlon lasted 6 years she said. And I hope you guys will exchange this. Really a Christmas gift that keep shutting off. Not to good, I’m hoping I just got a fluke here

Un fer de qualité professionnelle !
C’est mon second achat de fer à lisser. Sur l’une des photos, on voit le résultat du fer à lisser utilisé précédemment. J’étais très déçue alors je l’ai retourné. La chaleur n’était pas uniforme et continue. Pour ce modèle-ci, l’expérience a été Complètement différente! Meilleure prise (grip), meilleur effet de lissage, les cheveux sont plus soyeux et plus brillants ! Que dire du cordon qui est solide! J’ai des cheveux épais et je cherchais un fer qui faisait exactement le même effet que lorsque je vais au salon. Je l’ai enfin trouvé! Reste à espérer qu’il dure longtemps! Je le recommande pour les cheveux épais.
