Gillette’s Best Yet
The electric intimate razor, works wonders! It does not pull on your skin and you get a clean, soft shave everytime. I have very sensitive skin, so I have been looking for the perfect trimmer for a while, and this is definitely it for me. The only CON is that it does run through batteries rather quickly; they provide you with a battery that is installed prior to opening the box, but it lasted for 1 20 minute shave. Maybe, they will eventually make it rechargeable? It would be beneficial for less waste,etc. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who is debating about purchasing this, you will NOT be disappointed! ✌️

Good budget trimmer
Like other reviews have stated, I had this exactly a year and it just stopped working. Worked on minute, I turned it off, then it never turned back on again. However, it’s a great trimmer for the money. Gives a close-ish trimmed look. Great for those who don’t wanna shave and get bumps and whatnot

Stopped Working-
I was really excited to get this trimmer and start using it. At first, it seemed like a great tool. It worked perfectly the first time I used it for about 5 minutes, and then I safely stored it back in the box it came in because it runs on a single battery. However, when I went to use it again after about 2 weeks, it was completely dead. I tried changing the battery, but it still wouldn’t turn on. I’m disappointed because I was hoping to get more than just one use out of it. This is my third attempt at buying a trimmer, and unfortunately, this one was the worst. Paying $30 for a product that only works once doesn’t seem like a good deal to me. I might as well risk getting nicks and ingrown hairs instead of wasting money on a product that doesn’t work.I wouldn’t recommend it, but I wouldn’t knock it either. You might have better luck than me. It seems like a 50/50 chance, but I’m done searching for something that works and getting nothing. Good luck! Hope this was somewhat helpful-

The best razor I have ever owned. I have bought a second and shipped one to my sister it’s that good. I have super sensitive skin and this leaves no razor bumps AND is near impossible to cut yourself with. if you have any reserves about buying it, just do it. You’ll be thanking yourself later

This worked great, until it didn’t
I’ve had this for almost 2 years and out of no where a couple weeks ago it stopped working. I changed the batteries tried to clean it out… nothing works, it’s just dead. It was great while it lasted. Small, easy to use, and when it worked the batteries lasted forever. Don’t know why it stopped working but I guess I got my money’s worth for almost 2 years. Going to purchase another razor, probably not this one.

I got this and was so excited! It worked great for about two months. Then it stopped working. I thought maybe it was the battery. I replaced the battery but it won’t work. Completely dead. I would have given 4 stars because it worked well and got the job done but now…not sure what happened

good trim but knicks often
not too bad a product. it mostly trims hair well, but it constantly knicks me stops working randomly even with a fresh battery in it. it’s okay — it’s useable — but I will probably replace it when I can.

Electric Trimmer Review
Shaving the bikini line always causes me irritation and while I do get waxed sometimes I can go too long in between waxes or don’t have time to schedule an appointment and need to figure something out. It obviously will not get you that close wax or shave but this is great for a quick clean up. It doesn’t catch or pull hair during use. It’s small enough to travel with and only requires one battery. It does mention you should oil it after use to keep god care of it so that’s something extra you’ll need to purchase. It also doesn’t come with a small brush to clean out the blade after use which is needed to get into the area around the blade as the blade doesn’t appear to be entirely removable and only pops open a little bit. It would have been nice if they at least included that small brush. Overall, it’s easy to use and quick so I’m super happy with this.

Loose Handle
The razor wasn’t as convenient to use as I assumed it would be. To turn the razor on, you have to twist the razor to the right. To take apart the razor to insert batteries, you have to turn to the left. Turning it to the left also turns the razor off. When I am shaving, turn the razor on and off to assess the area hair I’m shaving. With this razor, if you twist it to the left to turn it off it will slip past the off switch and take apart the razor completely. This happened a couple times while I shaved in the shower and it resulted in it constantly dropping onto the shower floor in the middle of the process. It is a very loosely made razor.

It works
Without the guard, great, but with the guard, it doesn’t seem to catch all the hairs.When turning on and off, it’s extremely easy to unlock the bottom and have the batteries fall out.

This is the HOLY GRAIL
Ok, you all!!!!I have PCOS, so I am very, very hairy, and shaving is always such a hassle because I get razor bumps, ingrown hair, and, NOT to mention with razors usually every swipe I have to rinse because my hair gets entrapped into the blades, but with this trimmer? Lawd, shaving usually takes me like 2hours between shaving and having to rinse off my razor, but I used this trimmer (keep in mind that I have not shaved anywhere in literally eight months). Depression sucks, but with this little thing I did 😻, my legs, underarms, arms all less than 20 minutes, I was going for just trimming. Still, after this got done, I didn’t even have to shave everything, I just ended up shaving my underarms and legs because I wanted them smooth smooth, which took an additional 20 minutes, but I am so grateful for this. I revamped my skincare and hygiene routine and have the perfect one down now. I recommend using cremos Mango coconut shave cream with the BIC Soleil 3blade razors and using Tree Huts Tahitian Vanilla Bean soothing mist🥰

Turns off a lot
It was good for a bit, but it went downhill quickly. I had used it dry, and it would stop and pull on hairs which made me cry it hurt so bad. I eventually just did it while showering which worked, but then it would not start and I’d have to hit it against the wall to make it start. Eventually the power diminished and it wasn’t getting anything no matter what I did, and then it just broke.

Not worth it
It does not come with the needed oil for lubricating the blades. At least mine did not. I like that it is small and fits in your hand easily. However it does not trim closely even without the included blade guards on. Its nice that you can rinse the blades off after use but again, no oil is provided. Maybe it would work better if it came with the provided oil. I have used the same Venus razor for years and really like it. So I had high hopes for this device, but was disappointed.

Stopped working after 6 months
I originally liked it, but then I had to change the battery. It won’t take rechargeables and it won’t work properly after you change it. It’s 6 months later and it stopped working again, but this time it won’t turn on with any new batteries. The only way I can get it to turn on is to pop the razor part back, but I obviously can’t shave like that. I wish I could get my money back from all the headache

Easy to use and does the job
I really like how easy to use this is! With the removable head you can get a closer trim – great for sensitive areas! It takes AA batteries which sometimes die quicker than you may want but it’s waterproof and small, so travel-friendly. Would recommend!

Died within 4 months
This shaver is great however it died within 4 months of purchase. It also requires you to change the battery about once a month. I only use it every 1-2 weeks so I would hope that it lasted a little longer. I did not experience any irritation with this shaver, and it does a good job overall.

Stopped working in less then a year
Worked great at the beginning. Replaced batteries and continued working but sounded “weak”. I thought my batteries weren’t good. It then fully stopped working, I replaced the battery with brand new ones but nada. Good bye my razor, gotta get a new one and you are too expensive to buy another one in leas then a year. Gonna try a different brand.

Was smaller than expected
When I opened the package the size was smaller than I expected but I didn’t let that hinder me. I still haven’t used it yet but I’m very excited to see the results. Very pleased that the clippers came with a battery already. So no complaints here. I will definitely be using soon.

Love the product but it keeps breaking
I’ve been using this razor for almost a year and I love it! As others have said, it’s not as close a shave as a regular razor, but it’s great for keeping the area under control. My only problem is it keeps stopping and then I can’t get it to start again. I have replaced batteries, fiddled with it, etc and don’t know why it is doing this. I’m tempted to buy another one because I like the end result but I’ve only had this one for nine months.

Stopped Working but started again
It didn’t give the greatest shave and wasn’t the easiest to maneuver given that it’s a personal shaver. It stopped working after a few months. I will not buy again.Update: the shaver has started working again. Not sure what was going on with it. I decided to give it another try after letting it sit for a a week or more and it turned on just fine. Still won’t purchase again. It’s good to know it wasn’t a total waste of money.

It was good while it lasted
This trimmer does the trick and truly does a good job keeping you groomed. Unfortunately, even with perfect use, I found that the trimmer would drain the battery after 1-2 uses. Eventually, after a few short months (~5 uses), it no longer starts. My opinion might have been different if it were rechargeable as I prefer not to use disposable batteries, which this product requires.

Perfect and Easy to Use!
I didn’t have to install the batteries or anything, it came already ready to use right out of the package! It was easy to start, twist and go. I had a similar device but it was too big and wouldn’t close trim like this one does. It left my hairs perfectly short, it didn’t tangle or pulled my hairs like the packaging says. I did have long hairs so I was afraid of that. I never had such a close trim before and it left my hairs so smooth feeling. I’m never shaving ever again. I’m such a fan of this product and will forever use it now!

Stopped working
I got about 5 months use out of this thing. I’m really frustrated at the wastefulness of such a cheap product. It is not a battery issue, either. I have replaced the battery in the past and it continued to work. However, the cheap thing has decided to die for no apparent reason other than it being cheap.

Moves across sensitive areas well
I had another style of the venus shaver previously and decided to give this style a try. The only think I do not like that hair gets stuck inside the shaving head. I do not know how to clean it out very well and is slowed down the shaving process having to empty out the shaver head frequently. It caught every tiny hair in the corners of the shaving head. Easy glide over skin and did not cause irritation or cuts. But a bit more high maintenance for cleaning.

It’s great…for a little while
I totally fell in love with this trimmer, it was easy to use for a great price. I did knick myself a few times, but usually chalked it up to user error. Unfortunately, I also noticed it was very difficult to clean after use. The top compartment only opens slightly, so hair would clog it up. Within 10-12 months I started noticing rust and it eventually died (after several new battery attempts). I’m currently looking to replace it but don’t plan to buy this one again.

REALLY great … Except 🙄
Okay, so, this is a great tool to have in your hair-maintenance arsenal. The trimmer is terrific. Works well, and no pinches or painful grabs. HOWEVER, who the 🤬 decided to create a waterproof device that can be kept in a damp location, like the shower, and yet designed an on/off mechanism that is completely smooth–no grips, ridges, silicone? It’s nearly impossible to turn on/off in the shower without grabbing a towel and drying the device AND hands. What the …. !?!? Come on, people, step it up with the design sitch. Meanwhile, IF you do buy it (and you should, nonetheless, because it does what is is supposed to do), grab a rubber band or two, maybe a hair tie, and wrap them tightly around the base for a handhold. Voila! Problem semi-solved.

Shaves fine but battery sucks
I had this for a little over a year, got it because i didn’t like razor shaving (the irritation and itchiness after) my underarms or pubic area.Pros:- Shave guard can come off (i took it off)- You can open the top to help wash it out- Shaves well, good speed and close shaveCons- Even if its “off”, the battery drains so i had to take the AA battery out every time i was done so i wouldn’t go through them in a week- After 4-6 months, mine would stop registering when a battery was in unless i literally dropped it, so if i wanted to use it i had to drop it from at least 3ft in the air. (maybe loose wires?)- The openable top helped clean but it still was hard to rinse and get fully cleaned- It died the end of June so it only lasted a yearOther:I didn’t have a huge problem with nicks or anything, just had to be careful with it.

Stopped working after 2-3 uses..TWICE
This is the second time i purchase the trimmer because I actually liked it the first go around. First one stopped working after using it 2 or 3 times. I liked the length of the hair and how easy the trimmer was to use. Bought it again because i thought maybe the first one stopped working because it got wet (although it states you can use it in the shower). Second trimmer, i kept it out of the shower, never got it wet, and that one stopped working on the SECOND use!! Such a waste of money and I’m out of the return window so I’m not happy.

It was working great, amazing even… until it stopped working 🙁 (worked for 6 months)
I’ve had it since Feb 2023, was working fine but then it just stopped working this month 🙁 I changed the battery, tried to clean it up all the way. I discovered that if the device’s shaver is open, it “runs” but then when you close it (as you would when you use it), it doesn’t do anything…. no noise or anything.So I don’t know what that means. I kind of want to buy it again because I had such good experience using it. No knicks, cuts, or burns.. but idk if it’ll actually last.Just read the comments and found out that I wasn’t the only one who had this issue. I guess it just stops working at some point 🙁

Keeps the hedges trimmed
If you like to keep the hedges neat and trimmed this is a great inexpensive way to do so. The comb is a great way to keep it at that certain length. If you have those stubborn hairs that you just missed with a razor. You can take the comb off and cut those stubborn weeds down. No one will ever know. It works great for that. If you like everything clean and smooth. This will not do it on its own, sorry it takes a little more effort. It will leave very short stubble. It’s a trimmers doing what it is designed to do. Why do some people want to blame the trimmer? It’s not the trimmers fault. You still need a razor. Sorry folks. That’s life. I hope you enjoyed reading this. On a serious note. I do highly recommend this, as an inexpensive way to clean up or to get it done quick and easy.
