Powerful!
This is hands down the best hair dryer I have ever used. It’s lightweight, yet sturdy. My hair usually takes 45 minutes to an hour to air dry, and this dried my hair in about 5 minutes. It’s got a diffuser attachment and another more directed attachment that magnetically attach (and stay on). There are also a hot, warm, and cool settings. The size and the power of this hair dryer definitely make it worth the money!

VERY Good Dryer with one drawback for me
This dryer has the same great features you will find in the brushless motor category made famous by dyson. Several features I love about it are—small overall size,—the lightweight design,— the magnetic attachments—and the ability to clean the filter easily.It took me the entire first use to get used to tapping the temperature button to change from hot to cool to set curls. The placement of the control feels in the way. It is easily triggered, which changes the temperature without wanting to do so.The lower section of the hair dryer now houses the motor. I am an American woman with average sized hands. The diameter of this section of the dryer is uncomfortably larger than the previous styles and I’d uncomfortable to hold and manipulate. It will take time to get used tothis new technology. But the end results are definitely worth it!—remarkably less time spent to dry and style your hair,—less damage from extreme heat,—lower noise level makes using the dryer more enjoyable.Although my hair is usually styled with only a little flip here and there, my hair has quite a bit of natural curl. I decided to dry my hair curly this week, and was amazed at the control of the air-flow in and around the diffuser. I held the diffuser in place under my scrunched curls and the flow of air was very gentle to the section inside the diffuser and the air that escaped to the outside was not making a mess of the rest of my hair. REALLY Great diffuser!With so many dryers on the market in this new category, I have chosen to return this model to find one that feels better in my hand. It’s my only “Con” for this hair dryer. The Fengo hair dryer has so many great features that I would recommend it to everyone!

Excellent and better than expected.

Like everyone, I was comparing this to the more expensive brand. I think this is the smarter choice and am very impressed. It’s a huge improvement over my $40 Confu 1875W cool shot hair dryer I used for nine years. I don’t miss that it died.The Fentgo appearance is great. Minimalist and simple. Well-balanced and feels light. The attachments are magnetic and I’m happy.The noise level is a huge improvement over a Confu “Quiet” dryer. The Fentgo sounds only like a rush of air. You barely hear the motor at either level, it’s more like wind. I’m sure I can even use this on my dog after giving her a bath and she won’t mind. I think this will lower stress and protect my own hearing.The drying power is ideal. The low speed moves a nice volume of air, not wimpy. The high speed is very powerful yet still allows some control. The temperature choices are no heat, medium and high as displayed by the light ring. Medium heat is hot enough for styling, but not so hot you’d worry about damaging hair. High heat will definitely make you keep the dryer moving and avoid lingering on skin. To style my short straight hair with a round brush, I am using low speed with medium heat. High speed will dry faster, but will look wind swept if that’s what you want.

Great Blow Dryer
I needed a new blow dryer as mine was super old and stating to make noise. My hair stylist uses one that was a d u p for the d y s o n and I took a picture of it and looked it up. In that search I found this one. It seemed to have all the same features as the one my stylist uses, but about $50 less. Then this one went on lightening deal. SOLD.It works great! Love the defuser with my shoulder length wavy hair. The focused nozzle works well too when I want to straighten my hair. I love that it’s magnetic and you can just turn it to the angle you need instead of trying to reposition your arm & dryer.It’s quite, unless you hold it too low and block some of the air flow (which is a bit of a learning curve for me).One thing I didn’t see listed was if you hold the temp button down for a few seconds it will do a rotation between the settings. This is what I keep it on most of the time. The hot setting is way too hot for my scalp, but I also have hair on the thinner side.It comes with a velvet storage bag and a Velcro strap for the cord for storage.I would totally recommend this blow dryer!

Great hairdryer!
I bought this hairdryer after my $100 T3 refurbished hairdryer from Nordstrom Rack (I didn’t realize it was refurbished until I got home) gave up after 1 year. I’ve been using the Fentgo dryer for a little over 1 week and I love it. It’s lightweight and very powerful. I use the lower setting to style my hair and the higher setting to dry after showering – it’s too powerful for styling. The Fentgo does decrease my styling time by about 1/3. The temperature button is set a little low, and I do accidentally touch it and change the temperature without meaning to, but I’ve just adjusted my grip lower and it’s fine, certainly not a dealbreaker, more of a nuisance…. hopefully they can improve this on the next version. For this price, the Fentgo is a great hairdryer.

I am really enjoying my hair dryer for six weeks. My hair has been thinning, & this dryer is gentle. I use the diffuser at my scalp, and it makes it look fuller. It is everything they stated. Low noise. I can even use it on my dog. Cool, warm & hot & different speeds. It comes with the two attachments that are magnetic & so easy to exchange. It comes in a velveteen bag, and would make a nice gift.

Good, but a couple frustrating things
It has taken me about a month to get used to this dryer. I do like it but there are a couple things I want to point out. For some reason it causes a lot of noting in my hair so I have to hold my hair between my fingers so it doesn’t blow around too much. Also, I like using the attachment because it helps control the flow but because it is magnetically attached it flies off every time I bump it with the brush or anything. I have to be sure the toilet seat is closed! Also, the temperature button constantly gets changed because it’s located where my hand grips the dryer. Maybe in an updated version you could swap the temperature control and the on off switch? I do like how fast it dries my hair and the location of the exhaust, as well as the ease of cleaning the lint from the fan.

Well balanced in my hand, but a bit loud with diffuser
This hair dryer is a thing of beauty. It came packaged like something in a boutique. I read reviews about the handle being a little too thick, or the temp button being in the wrong location. This dryer is so well balanced for me that none of that is a problem. And I love the magnetic attachments. I don’t use a brush when I’m drying, just scrunch with my fingers, so nothing to knock the attachment off. It’s a strong magnet, tho. The only downside for me is that it seems loud when I have the diffuser attached. With nothing attached it just sounds like strong wind – very nice. But, with the diffuser it just seems to be a strong wind with a bit of whiney dryer motor. It registered at 70 decibels (moderate-loud) versus my Conair Infinity Pro, with diffuser, which registered at just below 65 decibels (moderate). That being said, my husband recommended putting cotton in my ears because other than the noise I am clearly happy with this hair dryer.

A good high speed dryer
This hair dryer is quiet, high speed, blows my hair out smoother then a regular hairdryer . I can’t say it took a lot less time to dry my hair which is what I was hoping for, saved 2-3 minutes perhaps; I’ve only used it once on wet hair though, haven’t used the diffuser part yet. Overall, I like using it. It feels friendlier on my hair than a typical hair dryer.

Love
I love this hair dryer. It’s every bit as good as the more expensive Dyson. You have to be careful when you are using it to not accidentally change the heat setting but once you get used to where the button is it is no big deal. My hair feels so much better than with a high heat hair dryer.

Modern look
Like the dryer. Shorter drying time. Very sleek design that I love. One thing that it does that I do not understand, is once cut off, the plug reset clicks until the reset button pops out. So most often I have to reset to start the dryer. I thought it was because I had it plugged into a side table and not directly in the wall. So I switched it to the wall and it is the same. I do not use the hottest setting, but sometimes I switch it to cool before turning it off. This is not a major issue, just concerned me somewhat. So I do not leave my dryer plugged in when not in use. There is a decorative gold 2 inch ring that is located at the bottom of the dryer that keeps dropping off. Again, just an irritating thing.

r. I give this dryer a thumbs up for drying straight AND curly hair.
This hair dryer is quieter than my old one. No high pitch motor buzzing. Just lots of air. Dries my hair a little faster than my other dryer, saving me 3-4 minutes maybe. This has 3 settings-no heat, high heat, and ultra high heat. I find the medium (high heat) to be comparable or slightly cooler than the hottest setting on my old dryer. I’m afraid I would damage my hair in the hottest setting. Really does a nice job straightening my hair without frizzing it. I have curly hair, so straightening takes a little effort. I bought this model because it comes with a deeper diffuser, which I need for making my hair curly. There really isn’t an appreciable difference between high and low air settings, so this was going to be a good test. I am pleased to say the diffuser did a great job creating curls in my hair. The air was diffused enough to do the job. Again, I used the medium heat setting for this where I would normally use a high heat setting. A cool shot button would be nice on this model, as flipping between warm and cold is too much button pushing for me. So I dried curly with the warm, then hit everything with the cold. That worked. One other note, when I first turned the dryer on a few times, it automatically reset to the cold heat. After using the dryer a couple times to dry my hair, it now turns on to the warm setting. Might be my imagination. And for those that say the noise level is the same, you can’t judge as the user because it is right next to your ear. It is the other people in the vicinity of the dryer that can tell you it’s definitely quieter. I give this dryer a thumbs up for drying straight AND curly hair.

Power packed in a smaller size
I was pleasantly surprised by this blow dryer. The packaging and the unit itself feel like high quality. It doesn’t feel like the usual plastic model from other brands. That was impressive from the start.The speed at which I can dry my hair without frizzing and frying is amazing. I have fine, shoulder length hair and I can dry in 5-7 minutes including using my round brush. I love that since time is valuable to me.The heat settings are fantastic. I use medium heat as the HOT is very hot.The only 2 cons about this so far: the magnetic attachment tends to fall off fairly easily if hit it wrong with my brush. AND….I wish is had a cold button since I can’t easily switch to the cool temp with the blow dryer and brush in my hair.Other than these two, I have been pleased with my purchase and so glad I took advantage of Prime day to get a 50% off purchase price. Definitely the best blow dryer I’ve ever owned and hope it lasts!

Powerful drying and smoothing ability.
I bought this for my adult daughter. She has very thick hair. She washed and dries her hair everyday. She normally only gets a year out of a dryer.When she started using this one. Other people kept telling her they liked her new hairstyle. It was literally that it drys and smooths so well. It looked her hair had shrunk in volume. It takes so much less time for her to dry her hair now. She used to have to take breaks I’m between.

Style hair fast with no frizz, and I use it to dry my dog’s hair too!
I wanted to upgrade my Diva hair drier I bought in 2016. My hair took forever to dry, I was looking to buy a Dyson hair dryer, but I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I bought this hair dryer because of the reviews and I found out to my surprise that it’s 100% better than my Diva hair dryer. I even use it to dry my hairy Lhasa Apso dog and dries her hair faster than her dog hair dryer. I am very happy with my hair and my dog hair drying results. Try it you won’t be disappointed!P.S. I’ve never tried a Dyson hair dryer yet, but my results were compared with my old model 2016 Diva hair drier.

Great Hair Dryer
This hair dryer is great. It dries your hair so fast but doesn’t dry it out. I can style my hair with just my fingers, no brush needed. Dries my hair in half the time my old dryer did. Also great for a “pick me up” the next day to just boost some volume.

Needs a better design
The blowdryer was lightweight and small enough for travel. The airflow was very strong and quiet. I didn’t like the design, the air temperature button was in a spot that I was constantly hitting and turning it from hot to cold without even knowing it (until I realized my hair wasn’t drying). My hands are not that big and I had to hold it with 3 fingers and point my pointer finger straight up the side of the dryer (which kept making my hand spasm). The handle is long but unfortunately the air vent is on the bottom and you don’t want to block the airflow so you have to figure out a way to hold it and not hit the very sensitive temperature button. This is definitely a travel dryer, the air directional tool is pretty small and you can only do small sections of your hair at a time. With all that being said, if you can figure out how to hold the dryer and not turn your heat off, this might be worth it for you. The color was a pretty blush pink.

Many useful features
As previous reviews stated the Fentgo Hairdryer came beautifully packaged. It is a highly styled design with gorgeous pearl white color accented with a light copper for control buttons and filter mesh cover. The cord is a nice length to work with. The dryer is Light weight and smaller than my old one….and has more features. Your on off button is also the control for the high and low control. The second control button regulates the cool, warm and hot temperatures. There is also a tail end control to cycle between cool, warm and hot temperatures to give your hair plenty of options for damage free dry time. To access this you merely hold the temperature control button down for just a second to access. Another design feature the Fentgo Dryer has that is becoming more popular is magnetic attachments of your accessories as well as the filter cover. I chose the model dryer that included both the diffuser and the straight shot attachment. You will not have to worry about your hair getting sucked up the intake because of where the filter is located (at the bottom of the handle) and that the mesh screen covering the filter air intake is very fine. It is fairly quiet on the low setting but when I attach the diffuser the pitch goes up and I will be using ear plugs from now on. The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not a 5 star overall is I do not know the longevity of this product. I am hoping for a good 2-3 yrs….but we will see. My last one only lasted 1 year!

Quiet with strong airflow
Great hair dryer! It’s very quiet and light weight with a strong air flow with 3 levels of heat settings (cool, warm, & hot) I have long medium thick hair (below bra line) and this dryer works quickly and quietly. I can dry my hair in about 5 minutes or so with this. I also combine it with L’Oriel heat protectant spray too. The handle is a good size (I’m 5’10”) and have no problems with the intake being at the end of the handle. Speaking of, it’s super easy to clean the intake because it’s not only magnetized to the handle, but fed through the wire so you can’t drop or lose the piece. I highly recommend using the flat attachment to dry your hair – or yes, there will be knots -especially at the ends. I’ve seen a few reviews about the attachment falling off and not having a strong enough hold, but I have not had that issue. Not everything can be perfect 100% of the time, so maybe they were just flukes or something, but I’m definitely getting one of these for my daughter to use too. Can make a great gift for the holidays as well. Overall, absolutely love this hair dryer!

(Updated) Sparks flying

This blow dryer is down right dangerous. And in a demanding my money back. It shoots sparks out. I couldn’t tape it and hold it at the same time. But in the video u can see the coil that’s starts it. I am shocked they are legally able to sell this. I see a lawsuit coming!So the company actually contacted me, refunded my money and asked me to ship so they can figure out the reason this happened, I assume to correct the problem. And they also said they would mail me another blow dryer free of charge..As pissed as I originally was this company has exceeded all expectations to make the situation right.

Needs 2 more speeds
There is only one speed for the air flow: Fighter Jet levels of air! This makes it very hard to control. I hardly use this dryer because it’s always a struggle. Yes, it dries your hair very fast, but styling while drying is difficult if not impossible. I’m searching for a dryer with various speeds now that isn’t so unwieldy.

Great drying but loud
I love the lightness and design. It dried my hair super quickly and the diffuser is awesome. I was just so surprised at how loud it was. I got so annoyed I had to stop midway and one of my ears were ringing. It doesn’t sound any less louder than my conair blow drier. It just sounds faster with more air that almost feels louder

Wonderful hairdryer
This hairdryer is a game changer for my hair. I use a very large round brush with it and the results are shiny, soft hair. I’ve found that if you finish the drying with a cold blast it really brings out the shine. Just an awesome product. Lightweight, quieter than my old dryer, GREAT design; I’m no longer worried about my longer hair getting sucked into the hairdryer! Also love the magnetic attachments!!! And great little travel bag. Totally worth the money. I’m getting this for all my girlies for Christmas next year. Easy win.

Sleek and light

This is the first hairdryer that I have purchased like this. I was skeptical and read all reviews. I have medium thickness and shoulder length hair and it drys my hair in less than three minutes. I also love the velvet case it comes with- very nice for traveling! It is amazing!The only disadvantage of this hairdryer is that the metallic piece on the handle is magnetic and it will often slide off depending on how I hold it and it has cause a spark when I plugged it in twice. Outside of those two things, I highly recommend this hairdryer!

Best hair dryer
I rarely post reviews but this product gives me no choice. I didn’t expect much but it has exceeded my expectations. I’ve used the Dyson airwrap and I feel like this is almost identical, if not better – for only a fraction of the price.I feel like this one is quieter. I have fairly thick hair and super long. But it FULLY dries my hair in less than 5 minutes on the yellow (medium) heat on the low speed.This has got to be one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time.Please get it. You won’t regret!

It’s a powerful ionic hair dryer without the bulkiness. There are two magnetic attachments with simple drying or larger attachment to keep your curls. I like this hair dryer so much that I bought another one as a gift for my cousin. Works like a expensive one
I got this gift for my mom for Christmas. She loves it. Her hair is shorter, about shoulder length, but thick and it dries her hair in minutes. I used it as well, my hair is very thick and the length is middle, to lower back. It works just like a very expensive one, and it’s lightweight comes with lots of add ons! Would buy again

Worth the money!
Got this for my daughter in law for Christmas. She loves it and says it’s the best dryer she’s ever had. Has really cut down the time needed to dry her hair.
